Cowell - Eyre Penisula SA

I especially wanted to go to Cowell as it is the surname of a dear friend of mine. I wasn't disappointed. A nice little town with a fishing harbour and also the distinction of being the Oyster Capital with oyster beds within the harbour.
I took myself off to The Fish Box and enjoyed Battered Oysters and Chips, sitting on the balcony sharing my chips with the seagulls. One cheeky little blighter even had the audacity to nab an oyster straight out of my fish box. I even tried to grab it back with no luck. Thank goodness the fish man had given me 8 in my order of 6. I must say they were delicious, I would go back again just to have a second lot.
I then walked the Mangrove Walkway in the hope of photographing some wildlife, no luck, just a lot of greenery and some waterbeads for want of a better term.
