Spent a very pleasant stay at this historic site. The camping site is where the old hall was situated.

Female Red Capped Robin |
This little red capped Robin took two days to get a decent photo. After over a dozen blurry photos on the first day caused by him not coming any closer than I could zoom, I decided the next morning to take my camp chair to him. I sat in my chair with camera in hand until he was confident enough to come back down, when he realised he could trust me he started posing.
You can see from the photos of the female just how hard it was the day before, she didn't come back the second day but I was able to get great shots of the male and deleted all the day before attempts.
Very proud of myself.
