This little fellow was near the drinking water tap when I wandered down to fill my container. I tried to take photos but he wandered off. While I was filling I noticed he had come back and was standing beside my foot. I realised he must be thirsty. So I left the tap running for a little while to fill a hollow with a little pond for him. He immediately came into the water and started drinking. It was so obvious then he was thirsty as he was slurping continuously for some time. Thankfully I had brought my camera with me and got some great photos.
Not sure if he is a blue tongue lizard or a shingleback, but I suspect they might be the same anyway as he looks like both.
These photos have been uploaded on here in the order of how the events unfolded. So lucky to get all these photos.
